This Registration Form applies to all singers and choirs of Cream City Youth Chorale including Youth Chorale Premier Ensemble (grades 6-12), Progressions Choir (grades 3-5).

Progressions Choir $150 through June 01; $175 after June 01
Premiere Ensemble $200 through June 01; $225 after June 01
