Bearsted Parish Council Mynn Award Nomination - Confidential
Bearsted Parish Council’s Youth Community Awards are new this year and will allow schools and local residents to nominate a young person under 18 who has made a significant contribution to the community. Anyone can make a nomination using the form below and these are considered by a panel made up of members of the parish council and the local community, before being passed to the Chair of the parish council for approval. The awards will be given out at a special ceremony, usually in May, each year. Nominations close on 1 March 2019.
Please read the notes below before completing the form.

• Nominees must be under 18.
• Award winners are expected to live within the Bearsted parish, but non-residents who make a significant contribution to Bearsted will also be considered.
• The potential award winner should NOT be told of the nomination or the result, and it is the nominator's responsibility to use appropriate subterfuge to get the recipient to the event! (We can help with this)

There are several other ways to nominate - you can complete the form below or:
• Call the Parish Office on 01622 630165 for us to fill in the form on your behalf
• Email
• Pop a letter in our post box at the Parish Office
