DataPoint Armenia is very excited to have you on board for DPA. During your journey, you will be working on great projects with great people. Before you get situated, DataPoint Armenia asks that you fill out this Volunteer Agreement.

"By filling out and agreeing to this form, I agree to join DataPoint Armenia (DPA) as a volunteer. For consideration, which I acknowledge, I agree to assign to DataPoint Armenia, the copyright in any materials I create (the Works) within the course of my volunteer work.

In return, DataPoint Armenia will acknowledge the transfer of Work as a charitable contribution and will make a good faith effort to provide credit and acknowledgement for my contribution to the projects.

I warrant that any Works I create pursuant to this agreement are original and do not infringe any intellectual property rights or violate any laws related to libel, privacy, or otherwise. Lastly, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless DataPoint Armenia in any action arising out of, or relating to, these representations and warranties."
