We are looking for U.S. duvet cover users to participate in a Bedsure duvet cover product trial.

Selected participants will receive a Bedsure duvet cover product to try at home. After receiving the product, participants will be asked to complete the following trial tasks:

• Record an unboxing video with yourself or a family member appearing on camera
• Take product photos with yourself or a family member appearing in the photos
• Show the product after making the bed / during actual use
• Share honest feedback through a short survey
• Join a brief online feedback discussion if needed

Please note: both videos and photos must include the participant or a family member on camera.

By participating, you also agree that the photos and videos you submit may be used by Bedsure for advertising, marketing, and social media creative purposes. If you are not comfortable having yourself or a family member appear in photos/videos, or allowing the submitted content to be used for marketing purposes, this product trial may not be a good fit.

This form helps us determine whether you qualify for the product trial. Completing this form does not guarantee selection. Participants will be selected based on usage fit and project needs.
