After purchasing your custom tuning, power pack or supercharger kit, this form will need to be filled out with your vehicle's information. Once this form is submitted, a ticket will be created with the email address provided. A tuning support agent will be in contact with you with requests

This form is for customer's who have purchased REMOTE / EMAIL tuning including power packs, supercharger kits, or custom tuning (Level 1, 2, 3 and Custom Tune Updates)

HP Tuner's RTD Interface

The serial number is found on the back of the OBD2 port dongle
Note: We do not provide .HPT files for the HP Tuner's MPVI tuning cables via email. Vehicles supported through MPVI will need to be tuned via the HP Tuner's Tune Delivery Network (TDN)
Please submit a photo of the back of the RTD Device with the serial number clearly visible

SCT Tuning Device (X4, Rev-X, BDX, X3, etc.)

The serial number is found on the back of the tuning device, and will begin with X4__, BD__, XP__, X3__.
