- Presentation of best practices and models: building a fair value chain where farmers, processors, and retailers have come together.

- Discussion and exchange: exploring opportunities for collaboration.


The workshop is intended for:

- Farmers and seed producers seeking a stable and climate-resilient crop,

- Millers and bakers looking for local raw materials of premium baking quality with a unique story,
