(1) Special Match Day ①

👦 Ages: 4–14
📍 Venue: Chatswood High School Oval (Synthetic Turf)
👥 Capacity: 30 (first come, first served)
⏰ Application Deadline: Friday, 3 October

※ Saturday Class members: participation is included as part of your regular training.
◎ About Make-up Usage
For this event, Make-up sessions may be used for cancellations due to bad weather.
Please indicate the number of Make-up sessions used and the original dates.
Make-up cannot be used during membership hold or after withdrawal.
Make-up cannot be used for personal absences, but can be used for holiday soccer schools and regular sessions.
📝 How to Apply (STEP 1–3)
Apply through the application form. After submission, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
Within 5 days, the office will send you a “Participation Confirmation Email.”
After receiving the confirmation email, please transfer the participation fee.

◎Make-up利用について
・このイベントでは、悪天候によるセッション中止分のMake-upが使用可能です。
・使用する場合は、回数と対象日を必ずご記入ください。
・休会中・退会後は使用できません。
・自己都合欠席によるMake-upは使えませんが、ホリデーサッカースクールや通常クラスでは使用可能です。
📝 申込方法（STEP 1–3）
1. 申込フォームからお申し込みください。（送信後、ご記入のメールアドレスに確認メールが届きます）
2. 事務局より「参加決定メール」（申込から5日以内）をお送りします。
3. 参加決定メールを受信後、参加費をお振込みください。
