✦￤By commissioning me, you are agreeing with the terms on my site here: https://churrosbosan.carrd.co/#longtos . Certain terms can be changed or adjusted through a mutual agreement established prior to the commission.

✧￤Payment will be done through VGen or Stripe. I will require full payment before working. I will send an invoice when all details has been discussed. DO NOT pay me before I have accepted your commission.

✦￤Extras fees may occur if you have a complicated design(complex hairstyles, lots of frills and etc.), will be using the artwork for commercial use or want to receive the artwork by a certain date. These are decided case by case. Please look at my Full TOS version to understand what falls under commercial use and what does not.

✧￤My commission are not first come first serve. I have severe ADHD so will end doing random art in between comms so please be patient about art from me. You may see the progress of your commission through here: https://churros-commission-progress.super.site/ 

✦￤You may ask for Work-in-Progress (WIPs) images any time through the commission. Revisions/Changes during the sketching phase and color corrections during any phase are free. Revisions/changes during other times will result in a penalty pay dependent on how far I am.

✧￤Turnaround rate is 1-2 months. As an ADHD human, feel free to state a deadline between that time for me to finish the commission on a pseudo deadline. Multiple commissions will take more time. Any issues and delay will be relayed to commissioners

✦￤All commissioners MUST provide reference for their commission. Click here for examples: https://churrosbosan.carrd.co/#faq . This can be a full reference sheet to previous artwork you have. I do not accept text only commissions. Character Design will incur fees.

✧￤You can NOT sell, redistribute, trace, modify and/or claim ownership of the artwork in any way (commercial use is case by case). You may not use the commission for ANY purpose that was not discussed prior.

✧￤I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork. NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
