Retreat Contract

This is a contract between your organization and Pine Hill for a retreat.

Please have it filled out by a representative of the organization.

Please provide accurate information for the following questions to prevent procedural delays.

Please note that a retreat is not confirmed unless all of the following have been received: retreat contract (this document), executed guideline, tax exemption and a non-refundable deposit.

Fees are calculated on a per person basis, but a minimum per room charge applies.

    Facility Use

    There is no fee for usage of the first chapel appropriate for your group size. Additional chapel will incur additional fee as indicated on the fee schedule. Use of outdoor facility is subject to weather conditions. If you ask us to prepare the campfire, there will be an additional fee based on hourly rate.

    Participants

    Please provide the total number of participants as well as the breakdown according to the following categories: Adult (over 18 years old) Students (between 5 and 18 years old, inclusive), eligible for 5% discount. Children (4 years old and younger), eligible for 100% discount.
