Exponential Regional Free Ticket Request GLR 2026
Please use this form to register for the FREE Exponential Regional Conference in Chicago, November 10th-12th, 2025.  This is ONLY for Wesleyan Churches & teams in The Great Lakes Region of The Wesleyan Church in Michigan, Illinois & Wisconsin. 

*Note: The GLR lunch on Wednesday, November 11th, from 12-2 p.m. is required for FREE registration.  If you do not attend lunch or the conference, you will be billed by the GLR for your ticket in the amount of $69 per attendee. 

​There are also Optional Pre-Conferences available for $29.00 plus a service fee.
