CANCELLATION

Music InsideOut reserves the right to cancel the Camp if the total number of registration does not meet the minimum number of registration required for the camp. In case of such event, Music InsideOut will refund paid registration fee in full.

TERMINATION OF ENROLMENT

Music InsideOut reserves the right to immediately cancel the enrolment of any student / family for reasons of disruptive behaviour, aggressive communication, inappropriate conduct by student and/or parent, frequent absences, repeated late payments, or other reasons at the sole discretion of Music InsideOut. In such rare cases, remaining tuition (if applicable) will be refunded and an administrative fee of $50 would apply.

Withdrawal from camp may be done before June 18, 2022 by emailing us at musicinsideout21@gmail.com. If such written notice is received in due fashion, camp fees will be refunded minus an administrative fee of $50. No refunds will be given after this time.

TUITION PAYMENT

Tuition for the summer programs must be received in full within one week of registration.
Friendship discount is only valid until May 1st and the registration and the payment from both campers must be received by May 1st.

COVID POLICY

Currently, Music InsideOut requires wearing masks during indoor activities. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you on any changes before the camp begins, if any.

POTENTIAL ACCIDENTS/ILLNESS/INJURIES

In the event of an accident, illness , or injuries involving your child while your child is at the summer
camp, you authorize the administration of any medical procedure deemed necessary by a qualified physician or hospital emergency department, including anesthetic.

You agree to release and indemnify Music InsideOut and its affiliates, from any and all claims and damages arising as a result of any accident, injury or incident involving your child, arising from participating in any school activities that are NOT caused as a result of the direct negligent act/omission of Music InsideOut and/or any of its staff.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Music InsideOut does not assume any responsibility for personal property (including, but not limited to clothing, cameras, cell phones, purses, wallets, vehicle, etc.) lost, damaged, or left unattended on school premises, in common areas, or the parking lot behind the building.

PHOTOGRAPHING/RECORDING OF MIO STUDENTS

Music InsideOut occasionally videotapes and photographs our students. This material is used for our website, social media, newsletter and print marketing materials. By enrolling your child in Music InsideOut programs, you automatically consent the use by Music InsideOut of the herein-named child’s photograph in the school’s
materials, promotional brochures, website, Instagram, or online advertising or news media. If you do not consent to the above, please inform us at musicinsideout21@gmail.com.

Registration for camp at Music InsideOut assumes compliance with these policies.
