Please note the following important details:
Completion of this form does not guarantee your child's place in these courses. Each course has a maximum number of students who can be accommodated. Students will be added to courses in the order in which their application is received. When that maximum is exceeded, students will be added to a wait list to fill vacancies as they arise. You will be notified of your child's enrollment status within a few days of submitting the application.
Courses that do not meet the minimum number of students required for the course to carry will be cancelled. Decisions about cancellation will be made in March, 2017, and you will be notified at that time about the final status of the courses you have chosen.
Billing for summer term tuition will appear in your April Waterford statement.
