Courses must be paid for at the point of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

Emma Cornish reserves the right to amend or cancel the course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to the increase in prices. Should Emma Cornish need to cancel part of the course, a refund will only be given for the part of the course not yet delivered minus the cost of course materials.

In the case of cancellation by a client, £50 is non-refundable( for full course). Further to that the following cancellation charges will apply:

30 or More No further charge (other than £50 cancellation fee)

14-29 Days 50% of course fee

13 days or less 100% of course fee

In the unlikely event that the course date you have chosen is cancelled by me, you will be offered an alternative date, if you cannot attend this date, I will refund you the full course fee.

Intellectual property

Any recordings or written material included as part of this course are the sole property of The Little Birth Company and Emma Cornish Positive Birth Coach and may not be used or copied other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission from The Little Birth Company and Emma Cornish.

Data Protection

The participant also agrees that Emma Cornish shall hold their details on file and on computer and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and in accordance with GDPR. You are able to view your individual file by giving not less than 7 days written notice. If you wish your data to be deleted or altered at any point please inform Emma Cornish.

Agreement

Any Booking of a class or course with me Emma Cornish assumes full and informed compliance and agreement with all of these terms and conditions of sale. In the event of a dispute, English Law pertains.

Emma Cornish holds Full Fedant Approved Insurance for Antenatal educators held from February 8th 2020 with Balens specialist Insurance brokers and Zurich insurance. If you wish to see a copy of this please ask.
