Please submit your event request at least three days prior to your event. Any requests for Sunday set ups must be received by Thursday at Noon.

Please note that is new form will serve as your work order for our Sextons. We have tried to stream line this process so please let us know if this form is lacking anything!

Please note childcare will open 15 minutes prior to the event start time and end promptly after the event end time unless otherwise requested. Details can be coordinated further with Paula Guajardo at nursery@slecsa.org or (210) 274-2226.
