As a Field Organizer you'll be an integral part in executing the overall field strategy in the district. A field organizer is one of the most important parts of the campaign, as you will be the eyes and ears that connect the campaign to our voters. You will be responsible for daily and weekly goals, all of which will be reported and tracked. This position will report to the field director.

This is a paid, part-time position with compensation of $1,000 a month at ~15-20 hours/week.

Responsibilities will include:

-Being accountable for reaching individual goals and metrics outlined in the field plan by the Field Director.
-Building, managing, and maintaining the campaign internship program.
-Identifying and tracking field progress with daily and weekly goals.
-Recruiting volunteers for the campaign.
-Managing and executing canvassing, phonebanking, and other volunteer events.
-Serving as a campaign representative within the district with community members, voters and volunteers.
-Attending a scheduled weekly meeting with the campaign field director to discuss progress towards goals, brainstorm, and problem solve.
-Executing various tasks at campaign events or fundraisers.
-Other duties as directed by the field director when necessary.

-Access to reliable transportation and/or valid driver’s license are preferred.
