SECTION A: List names of students absent from your class when role was taken. If you haven’t submitted your attendance, do so before you submit this information.
SECTION B: List names of student’s unaccounted for during the emergency, do not repeat students from section A. For example any students out on a pass.
SECTION C: List names of students who are in your room during the emergency and not on your attendance sheet.
SECTION D: List any adults in your room at the time of the emergency, other than yourself.
