 December  10th & 11th  2022 9:00am – 4:00pm

Application for: December  10 &11, 2022 No Refunds December 1st
 This is a 2 day event there are NO one day options. Failure to attend both days will result in being removed as a vendor for future Cowboy Christmas Markets. Spaces at the event will be on a first come - first served basis. Spaces will be assigned by the event coordinators. We will limit vendors to one only of brand name retail (direct sales) businesses (i.e.: Avon, Stampin Up, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, etc.). Some companies enjoy having more than one vendor in a like business and this will be arranged by the individual vendors and show coordinators. One example of this is LuLaRoe where multiple vendors may be present to give more variety to the customer. Please understand that your spot is not reserved and booked until it has been approved and paid for. If you need electricity, there are a limited number of spots with outlets. An additional fee of  $15 will be charged for an outlet. Spaces are 10’X10’

Cancellation:.  After December 1, no refunds will be given.  If you are unable to make the event that you have paid for and would like to have the option to exchange your spot to a vendor on your team or in the same business, this will be considered. Organizers will have the right of final approval. Exchange of payments between team members will be your responsibility.

Swag Bag option: We are doing swags bags this year. This is open to all participating vendors only. We encourage business cards, coupons, samples or whatever you would like to encourage shopping at your booth that weekend. You need to provide 110 ready to go of whatever will go into the swag bag. They must be dropped off to 307 Made 1721 Carey Ave By Dec 1st, 2022

Shriner Raffle: We will be doing the Shriner Raffle again this year if you would like to participate. It is optional. Please have your item, gift card etc ready with a business card  when you check in for set up. Raffles item and business will be announced at event. This is a great way to market your business.  

Camper spots: The Events Center at Archer is offering their electrical spots for $35/night. Water and Dry camping spots are unavailable. To reserve a space please contact the Event Center at Archer office directly to make a reservation: 307-633-4670.

Set up and Tear down: Fri Set-up: 5pm to 7pm Sat set up:  Set-up begins at 7am for the event must be complete by 8:55am. Tear down begins at 4:15pm. Each vendor is responsible for cleaning up their own area.  Vendors will be required cover their tables with a tablecloth or other fabric covering that is long enough to hide any stock or bags and boxes stored under the table. Chairs and a table are provided for you.

Vendor Parking: Once you have unloaded your merchandise please move your car away from the building. This enables your customers and shoppers to park in front and near the entrance.

Additional info: Scents and smells from your products should be kept to a minimum with respect for customers and other vendors who may not be able to tolerate strong perfumes. Remember that many people may have medical problems that are exacerbated by strong scents.

Covid Health guidelines: We ask that you follow current guidelines as directed by the Wyoming Governor & Health Departments.  In the event that the show cancels either due to weather or Covid we will send out information by Email and Facebook.


Facilities available: Indoor space, restrooms and plentiful, close parking.

Cost: $150 per table space, $175 for a corner space (limited spaces) through Dec 1st. After Dec 1st-$160 per table space and $185 Per corner space  Electricity: $15

Please note that it may take up to 5 business days to process your application.  No space reservation will be held without payment. Payments are due within 7 days of Invoice.

I understand that participation in such activities is an inherently dangerous activity. Risks include, but are not limited to, property damage or destruction, serious physical injury and/or death. These risks may further include potential exposure to an infection from viral diseases including but not limited to the novel coronavirus.
 In exchange for the opportunity to participate in this show , I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives and assigns release and discharge the Laramie County Events Department and Laramie County, its elected and appointed officials, their employees and agents and Simplicity 307 Vendor & Event and Cheyenne Shrine Club from all actions, causes of action, damages, claims or demands for all known or unknown personal injuries, property damage or death resulting from or arising out of my participation in the above described activity or events.

I am submitting this application and release, voluntarily and without coercion and in consideration of the permission to participate and/or any other consideration provided to me in connection with the activities and or events described herein. I further certify that I am 18 years of age or older. If I am a minor, my parent or guardian, by submitting below, fully participates in and acknowledges the contents and effect of this waiver and release on my behalf.
