Please make sure you have read all the Vendor Documents/Information on our website (Vendor Information section) prior to registering.
NO Direct Sale vendors will be accepted. All items must fall within the category of animals, animal supplies, and or be bred/grown/crafted by you.
Two vendors per booth only. You must each complete your own vendor form unless you are partners in your business.
Attendance #'s: Our Spring 2019 event brought in approximately 5000 people.
Event Set up: We have 2 buildings that are near each other with an outside area/walkway in between and ample parking for both vendors and attendees. We have 155+ spaces available for vendors inside and out. Food trucks will be set up outside the auditorium and lots of signage directing attendees to all areas of shopping. Camping is available for vendors and shoppers - Benton County Fairgrounds should be contacted for reservations. Set up starts on Friday.

Vendor Spaces and Equipment Rental Options
All vendor fees must be paid within 7 days of registering. If payment is not received, this form becomes null and void. We are no longer renting equipment. You must provide your own tables, chairs and cages.
ALL VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Cleaning deposits for Animal vendors will be kept on file with OPS Inc until they are requested to be returned or are revoked by OPS Inc. Any deposits not returned by June 1, 2020 are donated to our partners as part of the Give Back Program.
*Note ANIMAL VENDORS will be given consideration FIRST for power spaces unless otherwise noted. Requests by NON ANIMAL VENDORS will be considered but not guaranteed.
