Short Film Competition Registration Form
 Welcome! Please fill out this form to register for the Short Film Competition organized as part of Edu Expo and powered by Nem Arts. Ensure all information is accurate. Submission deadline: 03rd February  

  1. Only Students above 10 Years and resident of Gujarat are allowed to participate in the Competition.

  2. Theme: The film must focus on one of the given themes.

  3. Language: language of the Film can be Gujarati, Hindi or English 

  4. Duration: Minimum 2 minutes and maximum 5 minutes (including credits).

  5. Format:

    • File formats accepted: MP4, MOV, or AVI

    • Minimum resolution: 720p

    • Maximum file size: 1 GB

  6. Originality: All films must be original creations and should not have been submitted to other competitions or platforms.

  7. Copyright: Use of copyrighted material (music, images, or video clips) without proper licensing is prohibited. Participants must have appropriate permissions for any third-party content used.

  8.  Content Guidelines:- Content must be appropriate for a general audience and should not include any offensive, violent, or explicit material.

  9.  Screening and Rights:- Selected films will be screened at the competition event and may be featured on [platform/event].- By submitting a film, participants grant the organizers the right to screen the film and use clips or images for promotional purposes.

  10. Disqualification:- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any film that does not adhere to the rules or is deemed inappropriate.

  11.  Code of Conduct:- Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the competition.

  12. Travel and Accommodation:-   Shortlisted participants will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses to attend the screening event.
