The anatomy of a running shoe - what's a drop, last, shank, upper, outer - and why does it matter?
What are the best practices for wearing and caring for your shoe
Preventing injuries, blisters, black toe nails and other shoe related problems

Every SSTAR.fitness workshop has a hands-on session

Learn about the biomechanics of running and how to lower injury risks
Practice the 5-steps to more efficient running
Learn the do and don't of running drills
