This is the TEAM Registration form for the Appleton Police Explorer/Cadet Competition. Please fill out below with the first and last name of each Explorer/Cadet on each team that will be attending. These are the groups that the Explorers/Cadets will be graded in. Please limit each team to teams of 4. Any teams needing to be larger than 4 must be approved by the Competition organizers. Any change to this document after submission should be communication to Appleton Explorer Advisor Will Hansen at will.hansen@appletonwi.gov. Thank you!
