Wigan Market at Fettlers - Expression of Interest

Wigan Market at Fettlers is a brand new market hall at the heart of the town's regeneration, opening in Spring 2027. Run by Wigan Council, it will be the town's everyday meeting place: a modern market bringing together independent traders, fresh food, street food and kitchens, bars and cafes, makers, services, and a programme of events and entertainment across the day and into the evening.

We are working closely with the existing market traders, and now we want to hear from anyone else who'd like to be part of it. That might be taking a stall or a larger unit, running a bar or kitchen, bringing a pop-up, performing, or putting on an event in the space. Whether you're an established business, just starting out, or somewhere in between, we'd like to know about you.

Registering your interest takes a couple of minutes and commits you to nothing. It isn't an application or a tender, and it doesn't involve any rents or terms at this stage. It simply adds you to our contact list and helps us understand who wants to be involved. By registering, you'll be among the first we approach as plans firm up, and we expect to be in touch with interested parties from later this year.

Tell us a little about you and what you'd like to do, and we'll keep you posted.

The information you provide will be stored securely by Next Phase Projects Limited and Wigan Council and used solely for the purpose of managing expressions of interest for Wigan Market at Fettlers.
