learning process and the design of innovative learning environments.”
Learning Sciences Research focuses on understanding how people learn, how to design and
implement learning innovations, and how to improve instructional methodologies.

Studies have applied appropriate data collection and analysis methodologies,
sampling strategies, and comparison groups when relevant.
The study has either been peer-reviewed or the study was driven by the voices of those most
impacted by the research from conception through co-interpretation of findings.
There is a clear and logical link between the study’s focus, its findings, and the product.
