I acknowledge and agree that my personal data may be disclosed on a need-to-know basis to authorised personnel, affiliated entities, professional advisers, background screening providers, regulators, or other relevant third parties where reasonably necessary for the purposes stated above and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls.
