Orders are now open for our annual Glenridge Beef sale!
Our beef is lean, grass-fed, and raised on certified organic pasture. It has received great feedback in past years, and we're excited to offer it again this season. Our quantities are more limited this year, so be sure to reserve your order early!
This year's price is $11.25 per hanging pound.
As a general estimate:
Whole: approximately 600 lb hanging weight
Half: approximately 300 lb hanging weight
Quarter: approximately 150 lb hanging weight
Based on these estimates, a quarter will cost approximately $1,700 and will yield about 100-110 lb of packaged beef. This is a substantial amount of meat, especially for smaller households, so you may wish to split a quarter with another family. Note that there is also a required $200 deposit, which will go towards your final purchase price.
Each order includes a variety of cuts, including steaks, ribs, roasts, and ground beef. You may customize your order to suit your preferences, and we will do our best to fulfill your cutting requests.
Pickup is expected to be mid-to-late October, but exact dates and times will be announced closer to pickup.
We accept payment by cheque (payable to Glenridge Acres) or e-transfer to glenridgeacres@gmail.com. Invoices will be issued shortly before pickup. After submitting your order form, you will receive a copy of your responses by email.
