NSDA - September 15 - Youngstown, OH
This is a team registration form for the No-Sting Dodgeball Association's September 15th event in Youngstown, OH. The NSDA is limited to women and non-binary dodgeball players only (trans men welcome). In the event that you have roster changes or add players to your roster late, you can contact an NSDA rep or resubmit this form.

Rosters and jersey requirements for this first year of the NSDA will be more relaxed. We do ask that matching colors at least be worn by teams.

Event Price: $240 Per Team
For this event, each team can send their $240 registration fee, preferably as one total payment per team, to any of the below options in order to secure a spot:

Payments will be sent to the NDA until the NSDA is able to set up business accounts.
