Vendor agreement & rules
1. Insurance: Dealers take full responsibilities for any injuries or loss to them or their property while attending the show, this releases all liability to QC Toy Show LLC. QC Toy Show staff/volunteers shall not be liable for loss or damage to vendor’s property due to fire, theft, accidents, or other causes. You’re also Responsible for those you bring with you & their actions.
2. Cancellation: For any reason that the show must cancel, ALL Payments will be forwarded to the next show date.
3. Dealer Cancelation: IF A CANCELLATION is needed PLEASE contact us no later than 60 days before the event, in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 60 days of event date cannot be issued a refund.
4. Security: Any vendor that becomes unruly in any way deemed by QC Toy Show LLC, that person will be escorted out with NO REFUND.
5. Clean up: Vendors are not allowed to attach anything to the event walls or floors. Any damage caused to event property, including chairs and tables, shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor themselves. If tape is used on floor can’t be duck tape & must be removed at end of show. If you leave your area in a mess you will be charged a clean up fee of $500.00 & jeopardize any participation in future event may also be denied.
6. You and your entire party must sit/stand within your own space. Any young children must remain with you at all times.
7. Each vendor doing business with QC Toy Show LLC , will have submitted a vendor application and paid their vendor invoice in full. ‘Booth splitting’ and/or 'subletting' is not permitted. Vendor booths cannot be shared, transferred, exchanged or resold. Vendors may request to have their booth adjacent or in proximity to another vendor (such requests are NOT guaranteed to be honored). All merchandise displayed on your table is considered your property and falls under your vendor contract.
8. On weekend shows, Vendors will have thirty (30) minutes on Saturday night to close down their booth once the show floor closes. Once the door have been locked Friday and Saturday night, no vendors or volunteers will be allowed back into the showroom(s) until Sunday morning.
9. Sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor/artist to collect according to local and state laws.
10. No vendor is to block any fire exit, row, aisle, floor space, or entrance to another vendor's booth to expand their displays, No vendor is allowed to build their displays above a height of ten (10) feet for safety reasons.
11. Even if designated as an allowed smoking/vaping area by the convention center, there is absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed outside or near any exit or loading door near the vendor areas during the course of load-in, load-out or the show itself.
12. Vendor invoices are sent via email to the email address listed on your vendor application after a vendor has been approved. QC Toy Show LLC reserves the right to deny any vendor to ensure a broad representation of products. VENDOR SPACES WILL NOT BE SAVED UNTIL VENDOR HAS PAID INVOICE IN FULL.
