Please submit this form if you would like to participate in the City of Florence Water Treatment Plant Industry Tour. This is for students who are interested in pursuing careers in biology, chemistry, data analyst, lab technician and engineering. We will tour the water treatment plant and chat with various career professionals. This opportunity is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21st @ 9:15 am.

If this event has a limited participation capacity, priority will be given to juniors and seniors who sign up.  

Where to go:  City of Florence Water Treatment Plant: 601 S Cox Creek Blvd Florence, AL

What time to be there:  9:15 am - Do not be late!

What time event ends: 11 am

What to wear:  NO shorts, Long pants required, closed-toed shoes, jeans with NO holes and a shirt with sleeves -- NO hats please.

Transportation:  Provide your own transportation to and from the event. 

Paperwork:  Remember you will need to fill out a Job Shadow Permission form and turn it in AT LEAST 2 DAYS PRIOR from your school to receive an excused absence from school.
