A few things to be aware of:

Photo and video teams are finalized at any time and as little as 6 weeks before.
If you are interested in a specific location, we highly encourage you to register for that specific event to guarantee your spot. Spots do sell out. If chosen for the photo or video team you will be given a credit to a future event.
Registration fees are covered for the event that you shoot. Photo and video teams are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.
Our photo and video teams are responsible for real-time editing and must to upload to the master gallery. We are happy to share more details on the process should you have specific questions.
Priority is given to individuals who have previously attended and understand the cadence, dynamics and needs of the event.
