10'X10' Booth Space = $200 (pricing is linear, ie. 10'X20' = $400)
-Vendor is to provide all signage, canopy, table, chairs, power, etc. for their company’s set up
-Vendor is required to bring weights and/or ties to adequately secure their tent/canopy at the venue. ALL tents and display items must be secured and weighted down by YOUR staff. STAKING INTO THE GROUND IS PERMITTED. Additional fees will accrue if Vendor fails to do so.
-Vendor is responsible for setting up, tearing down and cleaning up their own booth space (including boxes and all trash removal)
-Vendor to obtain any and all permits, certifications, and/or licenses required by the city and/or venue. (Vendors with food/beverage, samples wrapped, prepared and/or served, may need additional permits. Do not assume you do not need a permit. Bring all permits with you to check-in.)

Each vendor will be notified 3 weeks prior to the Festival to review the products that will be sold/dispersed. This notice will provide instructions necessary to access your form and edit/add information to the form. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: OCTOBER 7, 2022.
