How to complete this form
  • Please complete this form for each dancer in your family.   
  • Enter primary contact email address above, they will receive a copy of the completed form.

Starter (Beginners) 
For beginners or recreational dancers attending one class per week only.  

Growth 1 (Solo only)
For dancers who would like to attend two classes per week and be involved in competitions and performances throughout the year as appropriate to the dancer's level.  

Growth 2 (Solo + Teams)
For dancers who would like to attend two classes per week (as above) and participate in the team program for 2023 (see below).   

Championship Program
For dancers who have been invited to train in the championship program and are working towards competiting at a State, National and International level.  

Team Program
Dancers participating in the 2023 team program are either in the championship program or are required to attend a minimum of two solo classes + team class.  You will be asked some additional questions in this form to help dancers and parents recognise the committment to the program and to assist with our planning for the year. 

Further Fee Information
The day you register/complete this form will become your payment day for each month going forward.

Class fees are payable in advance for the month ahead and run for 11 transaction months per year.

Families of two or more dancers are eligible for a 15% family discount on their total monthly fees.  The discount will be applied to your subscription and applicable refund processed once all dancers are registered.
