Please fill out this form to enroll your child to the Sacramento Mandarin School for school year 2023-2024. You may enroll for one semester or for the entire school year. If you want your child to try out a class before making a decision, please also fill out the form so that we can reserve a spot for you.

Tuition: $210/Fall (13 weeks), $230/Spring (15 weeks), $400/Full Year (28 weeks)

Registration fee: $20 per year per family (non-refundable)

Sibling discount: The second child at the school receives a 10% discount on their tuition. The third or additional child receives a 15% discount.

Payment Options:

To pay by PayPal, please use PayPal to send payment to tuition@SacMandarinSchool.org (payee: SMS Tuition).

To pay by check, please mail in a check payable to Sacramento Mandarin School to the following address:

If you choose to request an invoice on the form, you will receive an invoice in 1-2 weeks. You can pay by PayPal or by a credit card.

Tuition Refund Policy:

If your child withdraws before their second class in a semester, you will get 100% refund on the tuition. Before the third class, your will get 80% refund. After the third class in a semester, no refund will be given. Exception can be made if the withdraw is due to health or family situations.

FYI. Our classes are designed for students to learn Chinese/Mandarin as a second language. If your child can speak Mandarin fluently, please do not enroll them.

Student Age *

We do not accept students younger than 6 years old. The beginner's class is designed for students age 6-8. Students in other classes are a little older, typically from age 8 to 12. We are also trying to put together a beginner's class for older students (age 10 and above), but it is pending enrollment.
