This form is to sign up for our 1st Annual Locust Valley Alumni Softball Game. CURRENT PARENTS, PLAYERS, AND ALUMNI MAY PLAY. The game will take place at 12pm on Saturday, May 17th, 2025. The suggested donation is $25 via cash, check, or Venmo to @brilorusso , where all proceeds will go to our program. A waiver will need to be signed to participate.
