SF - Teacher Absence Request
[This is for non-urgent absence request only. For any last minute cancellations, please contact our office right away by email or phone.]
For regular absence request, please notify us at least 2 weeks prior if possible. Because we do receive a lot of teacher requests, once you submit your request, we would only be able to start processing yours about 1 to 2 weeks prior to your absence. In the meantime, please refrain from notifying your students directly and let our office take care of rescheduling with your students. When you are unavailable to teach, we will provide sub-teachers or make-up options to your students. To ensure a smooth transition, kindly complete the 'student progress report' via google doc as early as possible. Thank you for your cooperation!
