Assalamu'alaykum and welcome to Al-Qalam Vision Institute where we offer specialised Islamic educational courses tailored for the blind and visually impaired of all ages and all abilities.

 We offer courses in reading Quran, memorisation, and general Islamic studies, taught in a supportive environment by highly trained teachers, utilising specialist equipment and resources. We also integrate mental and emotional well-being into our curriculum.  

We offer tailored learning with 1-to-1 support and flexible learning, even as little as 1 hour per week. And you can choose your start date (you can start after September too). Male & Female teachers will be available.

You will have access to a comprehensive library of resources in various formats including braille, audio-books, digital braille devices, enlarged print, digital magnifiers, specialist technology and more...
