Waiting lists will be kept and notifications made.

3x18 holes for all players
2 Rounds Saturday and 1 Round Sunday
9 Hole Finals for Top 5 in each Division with 8 or more players.

Check In and Awards at Tournament Central West Side of Tee 1's Parking Lot(towards Sports Centre).

IF, IF, IF... if this event has 33 or more players finish ALL three rounds there will be a FREE Drawing for a New Discraft ChainStar Portable Basket. Your number for this drawing will be the order of sign up and it will be drawn during the Awards Sunday afternoon/evening.

Juniors are 18 and under on 1 January 2019

08.00 Check in and receive Players' Package

08.30 Players’ Meeting at Tournament Central West Side of Tee 1's Parking Lot(towards Sports Centre)
09.15 First round followed by lunch break
TBA Second round estimated tee off at 1pm at latest

After 2nd Round a 30 minute or so break before Saturday afternoon/evening FREE Events

To Be Determined depending on number of Entrants: Ring of Fire(FREE)
KanJam Two Person Teams (FREE)
MTA (Maximum Time Aloft) (FREE)

Time permitting Matches or at least a Demonstration of:
Guts Teams of 3 to 5 Players depending on interest.
DDC (Double Disc Court) Two Person Teams

Sunday August 4th

08.40 Check In at Tournament Central in Parking Lot by 840am please.

09.00 Be at your Tee for start of 3rd Round

Final 9 Holes for Top 5 each Division with at least 10 Players.
Awards and possible drawing after Finals

Prizes will be Plastic to the Top 1/3 in each Division.

Food and facilities:
Lunch is **NOT** provided but there is the SU bar and a takeaway on campus for those that want it.
I'd recommend grabbing lunch stuff at the shoppette or at Tesco before the morning Rounds.
The wait at the SU Bar can end up being 45 minutes to an hour and we are pressed for time due to daylight.
Toilets and showers are available afterwards at the sports centre.
Parking is free on Saturday and Sunday.

Camping is available at Elmstead Market Mill farm/Deans Nursery.

(MPO) Mixed Pro
( MP40 ) Mixed Pro 40+ (born in 1979 or before)
( MA40 ) Mixed Amateur 40+ (born in 1979 or before)
( FPO )Female Pro
( FA1 ) Female Amateur
( MA2 ) Mixed Amateur <935 PDGA rating
( MA3 ) Mixed Amateur <900 PDGA rating
( MA4 ) Mixed Amateur <850 PDGA rating
( MJ18 ) Junior (Born 2000 or later)

If you are turning 40 in 2019 and wish to play masters you will be eligible to enter 40+ divisions form january.

Amateurs who are close to the division ceiling you can stay in the division you start the season in as per the following pdga rules;

The player has not competed in a higher division at any time during the Series.

The player’s rating does not exceed 20 points above the rating ceiling for the division they wish to compete in.
