2023 Hampton Roads Pride Media Credential Form
Thank you for your interest in covering Hampton Roads Pride 2023.

Below, please find the application and instructions to request press credentials. Please be sure to indicate which event(s) your outlet is interested in covering. These forms are not a guarantee that you will receive any or all of the credentials that you request. 

General Information before applying:
  • Applications will only be accepted via this form, and only from Monday, April 17, 2023 till Friday, June 2, 2023 at 5:00pm EDT.
  • Only one application should be completed by each Media outlet.
If your application is approved, you will receive an email with information on how to retrieve your pass(es) starting on June 5, 2023. Passes will not be provided in advance.

Hampton Roads Pride will make the final decision on all credentialed applications based on space available and the size, scope, and circulation of an individual publication or content creator. Hampton Roads Pride reserves to right to revoke any credential it issues at any time.
