We are delighted to know of your interest in serving as a volunteer at Hope Center.
We have designed an application process to enable you and us to determine whether service here fits with the gifts God has given you.
Step 1: Ministry Orientation -This is a broad overview of who we are, what we do, and how you can be a part. There is no commitment at this stage – it’s a “come and see” time. To schedule your visit, contact Melissa Frink at the contact information given below.
Step 2: Volunteer Application-
(1) Complete the volunteer application below in its entirety.
(2) A pastor recommendation will be requested by Hope Center with the church information you provide on the application.
Step 3: Interview- We will plan a time for the Client Services Director to talk with you individually, as both you and we prayerfully consider your service here. We will ask you to share your testimony and your motivation for wanting to volunteer at the Center, and we’ll give you the opportunity to ask us questions.
Step 4: Training- Each volunteer position requires its own unique form of training. The Client Advocate position requires the most extensive training and commitment. Your training begins with a day of in-service, followed by on-the-job training. A Background Investigation Release Form will also be completed and submitted at this time.
