We are looking for GROUPS ONLY who can set up displays with props and personal for the duration of the weekend.

Those who will interact with festival goers, adding to the overall appearance, appeal and history of the period.

EVENT SITE :

Whitchurch Library Gardens

The site is secure 24 HRS a day.

RE ENACTORS CAMPING :

Free Camping Pitch at V4V Campsite from Thursday 9th July.

(Just a short distance from the main site)

SET UP TIMES :

Friday 10th July from 9am - 5pm

All Displays must be in place by Friday

DISPLAY / OPENING TIMES :

Saturday 11th July - Open 10am - 9pm

Sunday 12th July - Open 10am - 7pm

BREAK DOWN TIMES :

Sunday 12th July from 7pm - 10pm (Strictly NO vehicle movement unless agreed or as directed)

Monday 13th July from 8am - 12 noon
