Nonprofit Art Booths at Saturdays in the City
WHEN: The event is every 3rd Saturday, May through October from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Vendors are to arrive at 9 am to set up according the setup map sent out the week of the event. No vendor is permitted to tear down early. Vendors who tear down early will not be invited back for future markets.

WHERE: Nonprofit booths will be located on 4th St NW between Court Avenue and Dewalt Avenue.

SPACES: Spaces are free to nonprofits as long as you have a make and take arts activity and do not sell anything.

INCLUSIONS: We do not provide tables, chairs, tents, or Internet. Please bring what you need and no electricity is available.

PROMOTE! We have asked for your social media handles so that we can grab some photos of your organization to post on our social media accounts once you’ve been accepted. So please make sure that your Facebook and Instagram accounts are up to date with some of the programming you offer! Share the event as well! Drawing people in with your activity is what is going make this event an even bigger success for you.
