School photos will take place on Thursday, October 15. Session fee is $55, which must be paid in full in order to reserve your session. This cost includes the photo session, 5-10 high resolution digital images, and photo release (including full printing rights).

A. Session Fees/Payment
Client agrees to pay photographer the session fee of $55, which is required in order to confirm your child's session. The $55 covers the photoshoot, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer, and 5-10 images available for download. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of images. Payments can be made in one of two ways:
1. Electronic payments can be paid to Silvestri Photography through Venmo. (username - James-Silvestri-1).
2. Payments can also be made by cash or check and dropped off to Jessica Korneder. If paying with cash, please include the exact amount (the ABA Clinic will not provide change). If paying with check, please make them out to James Silvestri. Cash/check should be dropped off in a sealed envelope with your full name, your child's full name and "2020 ABA Clinic Photos" printed on the outside of the envelope.
Once this contract is submitted and your payment is made, you will receive an email confirming your child's photo session.

B. Rescheduling
An alternate date will be held due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond the photographer's control.

C. Model Release
I hereby give Silvestri Photography permission to photograph my minor child during the 2020 ABA Clinic Photo Session. The ABA Clinic will NOT have any rights to the photos taken during the shoot.

E. Copyright & Penalty
Client(s) will have all personal rights to images delivered from the photo session. The client will not be authorized to sell any images provided by the photographer. The photographer will own the copyrights to all images and has the right to reproduce any image for the use of portfolio and promotion. The photographer shall not use photos for any other reason without written permission of the client.

F. Location
Due to Covid-19, photos will take place outside in the grassy area behind the Lowry Center for Early Childhood Education and will be limited to children only (no family photos this year). James Silvestri will be the ONLY photographer set up behind the playgrounds to take outdoor shots. An ABA Clinic Staff member will take one child at a time for their photos.
