Each year, the Hidden Studios Steering Committee invites a limited number of new Guest Artists and Guest Studios to keep the tour balanced, diverse, and of high quality. Selection depends in part on maintaining a good mix of mediums—so if you’re not chosen one year, it simply means we’re full in that category, not that your work isn’t valued.
To be considered, submit this application and all required materials by Friday, December 5, 2025.
Note: This application includes image uploads, which requires Google to ask you to sign in. This is normal and ensures your images are securely delivered.
Guest Artist Requirements:
- Guest Artists are eligible for a two-year term, provided they meet all participation expectations.
- Pay a $325 booth fee each year.
- Provide 6–10 high-resolution images for brochure and website use.
- Be present for the entire tour weekend and share your process with guests
(demos encouraged). - Promote the tour via your social media, mailing list, and professional networks.
- YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN INDOOR DISPLAY SYSTEM.

- Resume/Artist Bio
- Artist Statement
- 6-10 Images of Artwork (JPEG/PNG)
Materials can be submitted below by Friday, December 5, 2025.
Artists will be notified by mid-December 2025.
