Please use this form to submit your registration request for PERMISSION ONLY COURSES. Registration is processed on a first-graduate, first-served basis. Email requests will not be processed.
Before you submit this form, please check the following on CUNYFIRST:
1) PREREQUISITES: Must have a grade of C- or better if taken prior to the Fall 2025 semester.
*If you are currently taking the prerequisite course, you may submit your request. However, if your final grade is below C - , you will be dropped.
*If you cannot enroll in a course that DOES NOT require Departmental Permission because you are currently taking the prerequisite, please fill out the STUDENT INQUIRY FORM (link at bottom of section).
2) HOLDS: Forms submitted with a hold will not be processed. Please contact the appropriate office to have it removed as soon as possible. A seat will not be reserved for you. You will not be notified by SEES.
3) TIME CONFLICTS: Each course must be at least 10 minutes apart. Check time conflicts for each course, especially if you also plan to take a Biology, Chemistry, Math or Physics course.
