Purpose: This form allows the MEGA Board of Directors to follow a regimented process for the review and selection of volunteers to fill positions within the MEGA Organization. Prior to any individual being appointed to a Volunteer position they must submit a completed application, agree to a background check/investigation and possibly interview with the MEGA Board of Directors (BOD) for final approval of any appointment. Coaching staffs will be selected based on team needs.  If you are not selected for  the age group you apply to, you will be given the opportunity to coach on another team.

Also, if chosen as a coach this season, don't forget to complete all coaches certifications ASAP once they are available. Coaches certifications have a total cost of about $75.00 - $100.00.
