This application is for Westlake High School 2017-2018 9th and 10th graders who are new to Westlake FTC Robotics. To be considered for placement on a Westlake FTC team for the 2017-2018 season, you must complete and submit this application by May 20th, 2017.

We expect more students to apply than available spots on the teams, so please be aware that this will be a competitive process. While your application will guarantee you consideration, it will not guarantee that you are placed on a team.
