Early Childhood Training & Resource Fair Exhibitor Form
This form is specifically designed for those organizations who choose to take part in the upcoming City Council sponsored Early Childhood Training & Resource Fairs held throughout the city on various Saturdays. We are currently seeking sponsorships ranging from $100 - $2000/event to help accommodate the overall expense of the event. Although there is no required financial obligation to be an exhibitor at these trainings, it is highly recommended that you sponsor/donate something.
If you elect to sponsor an event, please reach out to Voices for Children (210) 220 - 2584 or
as they will discuss the benefits of doing so.
The only requirement is that you provide a door prize (raffle item). This doesn't have to be an expensive item, merely something that markets your organization and provides a nice incentive for our early childhood community.
Please fill in all necessary fields. An email will be sent to you 7 - 10 days from the event you've indicated with any updated logistical information. Otherwise, please contact Voices for Children at (210) 220-2584 or
if you have any immediate questions.
