Board Members play an important role in providing governance, oversight, and strategic guidance to support the mission, vision, and long-term success of the organization. Applicants should understand that the role of a Board Member is to serve the best interests of the entire school community, participate in thoughtful decision-making, maintain confidentiality, and fulfill the responsibilities and expectations associated with board service.
