CASA of South Central Missouri is proud to facilitate the WISH! Program.

The WISH! Program aims to provide EVERY child in foster care in the 25th Judicial Circuit (Maries, Phelps, Pulaski, and Texas Counties) with all the essentials for a birthday celebration.

Each bag will include items needed for a birthday party for the child. These items may include:

Cake mix, icing, and candles
Plates, napkins, and plasticware
One or two age-appropriate gifts and books
Birthday wrapping and/or gift bags and bows
Other items to help make each child’s birthday special
Only children in the foster care system are eligible for this program, and an application must be completed. Contact us at 573-426-5437 with any questions.

Due to budget constraints, we ask that all efforts be made to pick up the WISH! packages from your local CASA office. If shipping is required, please note this in the "additional information" section at the bottom of this form.

Please be as descriptive as possible regarding the child's interests. If requesting video games, please specify the type of gaming system the child has.
