Please fill out the following form in order to Opt-Out of the Summer Chromebook program. Your students device will be collected and stored prior to the last day of school. Please ensure they have both their Chromebook and charger with them on collection day. Collection day will be announced at each school building. **Please inform your students not to leave their device or charger in a locker, main office, or classroom**
