Become a Vendor at the 2nd Annual Western Lights Festival

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the 2026 Western Lights Festival, taking place February 19–21, 2026 in downtown Reno, NV!

Western Lights Festival is a free, three-day lighted art and technology celebration that transforms all of downtown Reno into an open-air art gallery filled with illuminated installations, performances, and interactive experiences. Drawing more than 75,000 attendees over the weekend, the festival offers an incredible opportunity for local and regional businesses to connect with a vibrant and diverse audience.

Vendor Fees:

  • Merchant Vendors (3 Days):

    • 10x10 — $500

    • 10x20 — $800

  • Food Trucks: $550/day or $1,500 for all three days

  • Alcohol Vendors: 30% of gross sales

Please complete the application in full to be considered for participation. All submissions will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified of their status within two weeks of submission.
